You’ve probably heard all the arguments  “why”  now check the ” how exit plan” based on the recommendations of the American Cancer Society.

Things You’ll Need:

  • Candies
  • Carrot Sticks
  • Chewing Gum
  • Water
  • Smoking Cessation Aids
  • Drinking Straws
  • Water
1. Ask yourself why you quit.
2. Write your answers on a sheet of paper and take it with you.
3. Use it for yourself, because you want to stop, if you remember, like the smoke.
4. Fill a “to quit” and have a family member or friend to sign it. Discard all cigarettes, lighters and ashtrays.
5. Change your smoke in order to avoid situations where you would normally. A walk around the block or chewing gum if you smoke normally.
6. Implement “No Smoking” characters in your home and workspace, and even in cars.
7. Prepare the urge to start smoking again to feel. The American Cancer Society offers four ways to delay the urge to smoke too much, too, deep breathing, drinking water and something else to do.
8. Carry “toys mouth”, such as candy, gum, straws, carrots and sticks.
9. List of good things happened, is because it is no longer, and keep it with you wherever you are as a source of inspiration.
10. Reward yourself for quitting smoking is the money spent on cigarettes and buy yourself something good to take.

It took me 2 years to fully Quit Smoking, it is really difficult to Stop smoking and you need lots of self discipline to stop the cravings on cigarettes.

i have not been smoking for about 2 years now thanks to nicotine patches and a lot of self-discipline. the withdrawal symptoms i got from quitting smoking was not nice though.
